How can I make a purchase?
It has two very fast ways to place orders:
1. Insert the desired items in the cart and fill in the registration format directly from the cart.
2. At the top left of the page you will find the "Login" / Register "link and you can log in to your account or register.
I can't register, what can I do?
Check the correctness of your data, if you have filled in all the mandatory fields and if you have ticked to accept the terms and conditions.
If the problem persists, send us an email to email@example.com and we will provide you with the necessary support.
I forgot my password, how can I change it?
Just click on "Login" at the top left, enter the registration email and click on "forgot your password?" you will receive an email to be able to enter a new password.
In case of problems send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will provide you with the necessary support.
Can I modify / cancel my order?
If the order has not yet been shipped, there is no problem! Simply send a request via email to email@example.com as soon as possible or call our customer service.
It is not possible to modify or cancel an order already shipped.

How can I pay on your site?
You can make an advance payment by Credit Card, Bank Transfer or through the Paypal service.
Can I pay with Postepay?
Of course, you can use your PostePay as a credit card, just select the "PayPal" payment method that will take you to the choice of the type of payment; can use the Paypal service despite not being registered.
I can't make the payment by credit card / paypal, what can I do?
In the event that the payment was not successful, check the credit card security system, check your paypal account, or that the data entered is correct and try again because it is possible that it was only a line problem.
If the problem persists, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 091325241 and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Can I pay by bank transfer?
Sure! Simply select the bank transfer as the payment method and when you send the order you will receive an email containing the data to make the transfer.
With this type of payment, we will wait for the amount to be credited to our account before proceeding with the order processing.
What does it mean that the product is available now?
All the items in our warehouse are marked with the wording "Available now". These items are ready for delivery with shipping within 24h from the moment of receipt of payment.
What does it mean that the product is available in 12 days?
All items marked with the wording "Available in 12 days" are not ready for delivery but can be ordered from companies. Shipping will therefore take place upon delivery of the ordered item, within 12 working days (in Italy) from receipt of payment for the order.
The article I am looking for is not present on the site, how can I do it?
If you need an article from our companies that is not present on the site, please contact us, we will try to find the product and make you our best offer.
How can I know the fit / fit of an article?
In the data sheet of each product you will find its corresponding table.

Are my items checked before shipping?
Of course, all items before shipment are checked to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
If the item does not pass the quality control, you will be contacted immediately to decide together how to proceed (exchange or order of the item / cancellation of order).
My product has different details than the photos on the site, why?
It is possible that the company may provide slightly different photos from the actual product or may change some details of the article during the course of the work. Can I make a gift certificate?
Sure! Just click on the GIFT CARD from the menu bar and choose the gift amount (from € 30 to € 500)!
You can decide to print the voucher with the chosen graphics or send it directly by email to the gift recipient!
The MG MotoStore Gift Card has a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Can I have a discount code for my first purchase?
Unfortunately it is not always possible to make discounts on our items because they may already be in super offer! Contact us in chat or via whatsapp before placing your order to find out about active promotions!
What are the shipping costs for foreign countries?
To know the shipping costs for your country, you must register and the shipping costs will be calculated automatically. In Europe the expenses amount to € 30, for the rest of the world it changes from country to country. It may happen that a supplement is required if the order requires the shipment of multiple packages; in this case you will be contacted immediately.
Posso effettuare cambio/reso dall'estero?
Sure! You must contact us within 14 days through customer service and tell us if you wish to return or exchange the item. The return shipment is your responsibility and also the eventual shipment of the size change. In case of return, we will refund the amount net of shipping costs incurred by MG MotoStore. Important: the item must not have been used, the films or labels must not be removed otherwise we will not be able to accept the return.
Can I pay with VAT exemption?
If you have a valid VAT number and you are a customer from an EU country (excluding Italy) we can make you pay with VAT exemption by making the invoice. Contact us before purchasing to receive the coupon.
