The MGMotoStore shipments are delivered with UPS and DHL Couriers.
Delivery times are very fast: 72/96 working hours from the date of fulfillment for deliveries throughout Italy. For small islands it may take 5-7 business days. For foreign shipments, delivery times are approximately 6/10 working days.
The orders received after 16 pm are shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday and / or Sunday are shipped the following Monday.
N.B: If the product is not on stock the company reserves from 12 to 15 days for the completion of the order.

At a time when the order is delivered to the courier you will receive an email containing a link to verify the location of your package by taking charge of the courier until actual delivery. The tracking service is available from 20:00 pms of the departure day of your order.
For safety reasons, the courier needs a your signature or that of your partner, before you deliver the order.
To facilitate delivery, it is very important to provide an address where there is always someone from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. It 'also recommended to provide a telephone number that could be used by the carrier, if it has trouble delivering your order.
You are rarely at home? While placing an order, you have the option to choose a different delivery address. In this case, it is very useful to deliver your order in your workplace or in a friend's shop, or a hold for pickup at the nearest point of the courier to your area.
In case of non-delivery for the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will contact you by phone from 18.00 to 20.00 to arrange a delivery appointment. You can specify a date and if the driver will have to go in the morning or afternoon.
If these are not performing delivery even on the day agreed in the absence of the recipient, the package will be in stock and we will ourselves to contact you to schedule a new delivery without additional costs.
The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to you at the address specified in the order form. Upon delivery it is good to follow some simple steps:
carefully check that the package is not damaged or otherwise altered;
check that the number of parts is the same as indicated in the transport document;
In the event that you were to suspect that the package has been tampered with, you have to accept the package asking the carrier to indicate the words "With subject to control" in the transport document. Immediately contact us and we will solve the problem with you.
It's obligatory to insert a valid mobile number for any communications.
RETURN WITHOUT PROBLEMS
If once the delivery you change your mind, you have 14 days to report one product and get the refund, provided it is still sealed in the outer carton and perfectly packaged. More information to the page Terms and conditions of use
Did you get the wrong size and want to change?
No problem! You can make the request for a size change by logging in and filling in the return request indicating the desired size change or by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 091325241. You can change with another item by making a payment additional in case of price difference. In case we do not have the required size we will contact you as soon as possible to find together the right article for you!
What are the costs for the size change?
To make the size change, the only cost you will have to incur is the one for the return shipment (you can use the courier of your choice) when the item is delivered to us, we will send you the size change for free!
