Size exchange

Make your size change in 2 simple steps:

1. Access your personal area

2. Go to "My Orders", click on "details". At the end of the page, select the item to replace and in addition, write in the message which size you want and click on "Send".

Return eligibility:

To be eligible for return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received, complete with packaging, labels, protections and films. Therefore, returns of products that are returned without the original packaging, that have been used or that have been damaged will not be accepted, where the damage has been caused by an assembly that does not comply with the specifications of the product itself.

To exercise the right to change the size, you must follow the instructions indicated above within 14 working days.

The return shipment is charged to the final customer, who must send the item back to the following address:

Once the return has been received, we will ship the correct size after the customer has paid the new shipping costs.
